Privacy Policy

Jojopo — Craft & More is a small home-based studio in Surrey, BC. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you order or ask a question, and what we do with it. Last updated: October 2026.

What we collect

Only what you send us through the order form, by email, or by social-media message: your name, a phone number or email so we can reply, your city (for pickup or delivery), and the details of your order — for example, a child's name when you order a personalized kit.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, make your order, and arrange pickup or delivery. Personalized names are used only to make the item you ordered. We do not use your information for advertising lists, and we never sell it.

Who sees it

No one outside Jojopo. Our order form is delivered to our own inbox by FormSubmit (a form-delivery service), and messages you send on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or YouTube stay in those apps. We share your information with nobody else.

How long we keep it

We keep order messages so we can complete your order and help with follow-ups (like our free-replacement promise). If you'd like your messages or details deleted, just ask — we'll remove them.
